Meredith Sjoberg, PhD

Meredith Sjoberg is a psychologist, school, counselor, and eating disorder expert. She's been supporting people through life's challenges, specializing in teens and their parents, for over 25 years. She received her PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2007 as well as a MS in Counseling Psychology in 1998.

She has expertise in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues and has worked in a variety of settings: outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, and inpatient. She's spent most of my recent time working with eating issues in an outpatient setting. 

She loves working with parents and knows how valuable seeking support is so you can prioritize them getting well and returning to their happy, healthy self.
